All the recipes are locked until you pay 4.99. I have no problem paying for apps but I want to try it first and its advertized as FREE! False advertising rip offs, I wont use it now for sure!!!!

I absolutely despise auto-play video advertisements. The recipes and instructions are good but I usually close the app as soon as the ads start playing. Deleted the app.

An add every time you open it, some have to be interacted with to get by. Cant even look at chicken recipes without getting paid version, seems ridiculous to have a main meat locked behind a pay wall. Used for one recipe.

Just got a slow cooker and was looking for recipe apps. This has lots of recipes, a great UI, and a very handy shopping list feature. Highly recommended!

There are some good recipes, but you have to unlock the majority of them for $5 which is deceiving. There are not 1500+ to view. More like 100 across the categories. You can find most of these free from Food Network - who have an app.

Ive cooked a dozen or so of these recipes and theyve all turned out phenomenal. The shopping list feature is okay, I wish you could add custom entries or sort it by grocery aisle but Im sure thats nearly impossible. Otherwise its a great app to find and save delicious recipes. My favorites: beef stroganoff and Thai coconut chicken soup. Lots of variety to choose from and I havent run into a bad recipe yet.
